LA BASED / COMMUNITY / PART-TIME
This program is in exchange for college credit. We are currently seeking to work with students that are able to work 4.5 days a week, part-time. The program begins the Third week of January and continues through May, with hours as follows:
*Monday-Friday: 8:30AM to 3PM PST
15-25 hours a week
Spring 2023 term:
17 January – 28 April 2023

Summer 2023 term:
5 June – 11 August 2023
(10-week term)
Application Period: 1 April - 15 May 2023

The Role:
The Jr Director of Community will be responsible for creating an inclusive environment for our community by engaging with creators, and users of our products through community activations.
This is an exciting opportunity that seeks an individual who is passionate about community building.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain a calendar of content, events, and activities designed to keep SBJ fans engaged with .
+ Regularly assess the community’s pulse, understand community concerns, and communicate community status to SBJ’s internal teams.
+ Collaborate closely with the SBJ team to ensure the communication of their core messages within marketing campaigns.
+ Identify potential contributors for future collaboration
Knowledge & Skills:
+ Strong communicator
+ Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas and nurturing a culture of creatives
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
