The profound desire to extend this feeling of self-love to her community during times of adversity, led Jess to create SBJ Esntls—a latinx brand for the esntl self-care needs of the modern world.

A NOTE from our founder
’’My journey as a makeup artist and esthetician revealed a significant gap in the beauty industry – a lack of representation and products tailored for melanin-rich skin.
For too long, woc like myself have been sidelined despite our significant influence. SBJ Esntls is here to change that. By infusing my cultural heritage into each product, I aim to inspire my community to embrace their beauty with pride. I hope that SBJ Esntls encourages other first-generation immigrants and young girls to believe in their potential and know that there is a place for them each time they reach for one of our esntls.’’
