HEAD OF SALES
LA / SALES / PART-TIME
We are currently seeking to work with an individual that is able to work 10hr a week, part-time.
Location: Los Angeles, with one day per week in office.
Compensation: Hourly + Commission.
The Role:
We are on the looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Sales who can bring their passion and expertise to our team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and creating strategic partnerships.
As our Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our wholesale accounts and growing our market presence.
This part-time position offers a blend of hourly pay and commission-based incentives, with the flexibility of working remotely most days and coming into the office one day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new wholesale accounts.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
+ Meet/exceed all personal goals.
+ Identify and target potential clients in the skincare industry.
+ Embody our core values.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners.
+ Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Knowledge & Skills:
+ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Candidates should be dependable, reliable, trustworthy and prompt.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Able to become familiar with the entire portfolio of products, with an active working knowledge on product basics, key benefits, application, formula, customer recommendations, and care.
Qualifications:
+ Able to work 10hrs a week and come into the office once a week.
+ Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
+ An understanding of skin and its’ makeup.
