HEAD OF COMMUNITY

We are currently seeking to work with an individual that is able to work 8hr a week, part-time.
Location: Los Angeles, with two days a month in office.
Compensation: Hourly.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Community Manager to join our team. This individual will be the heart of our community, fostering meaningful relationships with our customers, advocates, and partners. As the Community Manager, you will work closely with our Social Media Manager and other team members to create a vibrant and supportive community around our brand.
This part-time position offers a blend of hourly pay, with the flexibility of working remotely most days and coming into the office twice a month.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online and offline communities. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and facilitate conversations that align with our brand values.
+ Content Collaboration: Work alongside the Social Media Manager to develop and share content that resonates with our audience. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.
+ Event Planning: Organize and manage community events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance brand loyalty and engagement. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful execution.
+ Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify our reach and influence within the beauty and skincare community.
+ Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on community metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge & Skills:
+ Experience: Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related field. Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
+ Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
+ Knowledge: Familiarity with community management tools, social media platforms, and content creation. Understanding of the skincare and beauty industry is desirable.
+ Attributes: Creative, proactive, and passionate about building and maintaining vibrant communities. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Candidates should be dependable, reliable, trustworthy and prompt.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
+ Able to work 8hrs a week and come into the office twice a month.
+ Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
